Country Punk Black chronicles the musical journey of Twurt Chamberlain, a genre-bending singer-songwriter from Lexington, Mississippi, to uncover how his lived experiences have influenced his evolving sound. Backed by a soundtrack of Twurt’s unique blend of hip-hop, blues, and rock and roll, the film also delves into his aspirations and inspirations.

Through genre-expansive music and community activism, A.J. invites us through a portal where the roots of black and queer futures grow infinitely through time and space.

The story of a rural community in the American South that inspired the environmental justice movement in 1982 by fighting the state of North Carolina’s toxic landfill. This feature documentary follows the story of the Warren County activists who articulated the concept of environmental racism through 40 years of civic engagement as they pass the torch to the next generation of environmental and climate justice organizers.

Matt Robinson, a Tupelo, Mississippi native, has been cultivating a space for skateboarding in the American South since 1996. Although the shop’s name has changed over the years, many things haven’t. Change Skate Shop in Tupelo, Mississippi is a place where all are welcome. Whether you want to skate in the bowl, film your friends doing sick flips, check out the newest and most exclusive gear, or just talk about life, the door is always open at Change. The main rule is, just don’t be a dick. Follow interviews with Matt, Change Skate Shop owner and the cast of radical skaters that make the Tupelo skate scene come alive. Watch them bring people together, from radical skate/rock shows to public festivals that bring skateboarding to everyone.
