Mississippi Encyclopedia Oxford Celebration Kick Off and Speed Lectures @ Oxford City Hall | Oxford | Mississippi | United States

This event, to be held in the 2nd floor courtroom of Oxford City Hall, will celebrate the publication of The Mississippi Encyclopedia by the Center for the Study of Southern Culture and the University Press of Mississippi.  The event will include remarks by Senior Editors Ted Ownby and Charles Reagan Wilson, followed by two minute remarks by some of the Encyclopedia’s 600 contributing scholars.
