Joseph Rogers
The Picasso of Moss

Henry Clarke is a Maryland native who blindly moved to Mississippi following the love of his life. A self taught artist, Henry began making small magnet art while still located along the East Coast. After coming to Mississippi, Henry was inspired by the rustic style of art and its simplicity. His focus shifted to creating living art through moss or as he likes to call it green gold. Through years of scavenging the woods of Northern Mississippi Henry Clarke, known affectionately as the Moss Hunter, has elevated his art to what he dubs a Picasso level.

Originally from Metairie, Louisiana, Joseph Rogers came to the University of Mississippi by way of Bay St. Louis along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Soon to graduate, Joseph is completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in broadcast. After graduation Joseph plans to begin his journalistic career as a sports reporter for local news somewhere in the state of Mississippi. His interest in filmmaking comes from his sister Jessica, a Loyola University New Orleans graduate, who worked on various films and t.v. shows within New Orleans and its surrounding areas.
